Jolene began her journey in the mortgage industry in 2016 and in 2019 joined the Coastal Lending Group. At Coastal we are fortunate to have an employee like Jolene who is always willing to learn and expand her portfolio of knowledge.

She is a Loan Processor with the company, but also obtained her Maryland Loan Origination license in 2021. She is an integral part of the process for our team. Clients are consistently thankful that Jolene works with them to make sure all deadlines are met and gives excellent customer service. Jolene resides in Baltimore County and when she is not working, she enjoys shopping, checking out local restaurants and spending time with her family.
