Diane has been in the mortgage industry for over 30 years and has worked in many facets of the industry, but processing is her passion.  Being the person "behind the scenes" is what she loves most.  Whether it is helping a client purchase their first home, buying a second home, buying an investment property or simply refinancing their current home, she takes pride in making that happen while educating the client along the way.   She feels that it is extremely important for the client to understand the entire process especially the how and why of getting there.  Education reduces anxiety, particularly for first-time homebuyers.
